Aha a fellow Welsh writer! I'm glad to have come across this one! It is quite sad (and I agree quite aggravating) when people assume we are part of England. It's a hangover from it's colonial days, since we didn't fight as hard or as well as the Scottish to keep them out of our borders, and of course, they banned the language and culture.

It's not just non-UK residents though! I met a guy in college from London who thought Wales was in England too! It's up to us to remember and cherish our heritage.
